GE-SOFT successively undertook the projects of National Natural Science Foundation , National 863 Plan, National Defense Basic Scientific Research, National Demonstrating Project of High-tech Industrialization , National Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Telecommunications Broadband Authorization and Billing. GE-SOFT continuously enriched the product line to research and develop Globe Envoy multi-language processing software with the proprietary intellectual property rights, and its product variety has reached more than 20; GE-SOFT introduced the first multi-language information service website in the world( KOOKGE.com）， with the registered users over 30,000. For the simultaneous implementation of digitization, informationization and intellectualization , GE-SOFT developed the "Knowledge Robot" product integrating software and hardware. This product has obtained favorable application effects in the manufacturing industry and aviation enterprises. The Cooperative Translation Platform which is based on knowledge management and intelligent control and developed by GE-SOFT has reached the international leading level on the realization of human-computer bidirectional cooperative translation by using knowledge management technology.

     GE-SOFT has successfully completed the patent abstract translation of more than 200 million Chinese characters based on the cooperative translation platform. On the premise of meeting the National Translation Quality Standard, the average translation efficiency was increased by two to four times, which created a new record on the largest scale, widest professional fields and highest speed of translation service in China. The media like People's Daily, People's Net, China Computer Newspaper, Guangming Daily.etc. respectively reported the achievement.

     GE-SOFT and Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering successively established human-computer intelligent research center, natural language processing laboratory, knowledge engineering and human- computer interaction engineering and technology research center （ major project center of Liaoning Province ） , and North Software Institute, which has formed a development mode of production, education and research in technical research ,product development and educational training.

     With the support of People's Government of Shenyang, GE-SOFT intended to invest 450 million yuan to establish the Shenbei Innovation Software Park （ cover an area over 500 mu and the first-stage construction is completed basically ） which has integrated talent training （ leading development of machine translation professional talent training at home ） , software development, technical service and knowledge innovation in Shenbei New District. The objective of the action is to make the GE-SOFT and North Software Institute become the largest, the most advanced machine translation industrial base and translation talent training base in China.
