System Overview |
The broadband business integrated service management platform is the core in the informatization service frame of the whole small and medium enterprises, and is infrastructure of the informatization business of small and medium enterprises. The platform is interconnected with an operation support system of an operator through an integrated AP (application service provider) application system and other business systems of the operator based on the internet, and provides various controllable operated informatization applications and services for small and medium enterprises. |
The platform portal authorizes the management system through unified identity authentication to process user login, browsing and using authority. When users use the AP application system integrated by the platform, billing request is sent by using the billing collection interface through the platform for billing. Various informatization application services required by enterprise users in production, operation and management are centralized by using the integration module, such as network hard disk, enterprise mail box, self-help established site, network fax, on-line safety, OA, CRM, human resource management, received, sold and deposited management, industry application, etc., and enterprise users can use various application services through the platform. The basic management module, the billing account module, the system management module and the statistical report module of the platform form the support system of the platform, and the support system realizes the operation, management and support of the platform, and monitors and manages service conditions and performance states of the platform. The platform is connected with other internal systems and peripheral systems through interface service layers. |
