On March 8th, 2010, Committee and People's Government of the Communist Party of China of Shenbei New District held the 100th Anniversary Awarding Evening Party for International Working Women's Day in the Blue Sky Theatre of Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering. Zhang Guiping, Dean of North Software Institute and General Manager of Ge-soft Co., Ltd, was elected as "One of the Ten Outstanding Women of Shenbei New District", and was awarded by Jian Biao who is Municipal Leader, Secretary of District Party Committee and Secretary of Party and Work Committee of Pu He New Town, and Yan Bingwen who is District Head of Government and Director of Administrative Committee of Pu He New Town.
